DXC planning a major brand overhaul

I noticed the company merch store has closed and raul has been talking about rebuilding DXC's brand from the grounds up. Since DXC has such an abhorrent reputation I was wondering if they're gonna try and do a name change and ruin some other reputation. Perhapse they rebrand as Luxsoft?

Great but first fire the new CMO and hire someone who knows what they are doing. Or… let’s have our CEO continue to talk about how we help our customers with their digital transformation…. They realize that was the tag line of Accenture, Deloitte and others about 10 plus years ago right? Do better!!

The staff know it's sh-t, the clients know it's sh-t. Even the management know it. Yet.... The staff stay, the clients can't / won't end the contracts and the management carry on like this is a normal company. Meanwhile. I've done nothing useful for DXC today which has become the norm around here, and billed 0 chargeable hours. Still here, still taking the money!

The big wigs are too busy plotting how to ra-e the company for every penny going, so that they can go enjoy their retirement. Maybe they've already done that. It certainly feels like a skipper less boat. Providing a service to customers and employment to staff seems of no concern.

The big wigs have done market research and relized that CSC brand is held in higher regard than DXC. Thus they're going to revert back.

It's probably closed because who the heck wants to promote that they work for DXC. Managers have stopped treating their staff to anything. I don't even get a thank you, good morning, or how are you from my line manager or in fact most of my colleagues. The stuff is more useful being burnt for heat.

@c7+1jkeh5vem Many have commented, that perhaps it's not so much what your salary is. Because if you can get that money elsewhere then go get it! But the fact the company has been quite happy to have staff on vastly differing rates doing the same task. Especially when it's seemingly unrelated to skill, effort and loyalty. It's all based on who you know or when you joined.

Plan is to come up with a name by using the names of our fearless ex-leaders.

The impression on my project is that they are ditching all the Luxsoft folk as they are too expensive compared to regular DXCers.

Sorry no 2025 pay rise. We spent it all on rebranding. Yes adding .AI really did swallow the budget.

Oh please, no mention of AI as part of any branding name in a new compost name. It's all a bit over the top. They love to thrash buzz words like they love milking the company!

Luxoft is being absorbed/dismantled and brand dropped, except for clients that are on Luxoft paper, mainly FS.
