@a9 my boss told me they know who wrote what.
@da Well that could just mean it stays within the company :) Hahaha
@c6 someone has to gather that data and they absolutely are seeing the associated names. Names that are absolutely being provided to leadership. So unless they went full third-party for this (unlikely), nothing about this is confidential or anonymous.
@c6 they didn't say its anonymous, they said its confidential.
@a9 Yes your manager will see the aggregated and precise quoted comments. They will print anonymous for each quote and that is how its anonymous :)
I gave feedback once, very professionally (compared to what I could have said) took one for the team so to speak.....they took someone's name off the IRIF list and replaced it with mine.
Some leaders are dirty.
It's not mandatory. The email said it was, but in the meeting with Steve B. They said it was Voluntary. I am not gonna take it. I feel like they are trying to get rid of people who don't conform.
Rome is burning, let’s see what the people who know what to fix will tell us, we pinky promise we won’t fire you. Why are they asking now, why not 25 years ago, could have Been a healthy financially strong company. Xerox does not want to know what to fix, can’t believe this, culture is 1970 top down just do as we say, execute the flawed strategy and do it faster.
Sad that this comes when feedback you want to give on certain leadership/VP has now moved on. They escape yet again!
Does your manager see the "aggregate results" of their team? My team is small and they will figure out who said what really quickly.
"504 gateway timeout". Y'all broke it with all your responses!
DTA.. They know who you are. HR, IT, Survey Admins, and compliance teams can see and send to whomever they want. When working for a company like Xerox or Lexmark, there is no such thing as "anonymity."
I’ve been completely honest in my responses so let’s see if they come knocking…..
they ABSOLUTELY know who you are. If you think otherwise you're lying to yourself
@OP and it is shared with your team leaders mmm how would they know.
