There are rumors that something is changing in current work model. For example that work from office will be more strict - not like now where no one is checking this. Do you have any other insights?

No more WFH after the big MVD and DFW layoffs.
Hearing very strong voices about 5 days work from office being made mandatory some time next year ( probably Q2 ).
