They didn't say Austin or Nashville, which would make sense for Oracle employees. They listed some of the most notorious crime-ridden US cities (goes without saying these areas are quite blue), and it flew right over your heads.
I think I paid 3.62/gallon for my last tank, but I don't want to tell you where. A friend in Cali sent a pic a couple weeks ago of 5.99 for basic 87 octane.
I have been to Cali a couple times, and it is beautiful. However, it is a quality of life issue for me, and for some reason I feel more at peace living in a place where a dr-g store doesn't feel the need to have to lock up most of their inventory to prevent theft.

@e7+1kng8m2qn, I heard too HR has plans for diversity sessions and teaching all colleagues tolerance for the transgender community. My team is awesome, I'm grateful for them, they are supportive for me and my husband as we look forward to our son's transformation. No way will we leave California.

I totally agree. That's why I gave my manager an ultimatum. She better hire a transgender person when we get a budget for head count. It would be an honor to sit next to a person who embraced their individuality, an honor to work with somebody from all walks of life. She agreed, she wants a diverse group, and even assured me that HR has plans for webinars and presentations that cover the transgender community, the importance of orienting children, our future generation, to other wonderful aspects of diversity.

You might want to look into dictatorship or autocracy but those are usually taken by force or coercion and DJT was democratically elected.
