If the rumors are true about Lennox and Northpark closing in 2028, that's pretty sh*tty of the company to make you move there.

@bz vp is spineless, only out for himself. His org was one of the first to go back to the office full time. Gave us one week notice. I got out and he and my boss were two of the main reasons. Accept a job as a manager and remember your first priority should be your employees, not your little su-k up self.

@ah game theory? There is no game to be played. You take the check and your bonus and start applying for jobs. Even if it takes you 2-3 months to find a job, you come out ahead. Best case you have a job lined up and come out ahead for the year. And if you're planning on retiring then its an even bigger no brainer.
Dont move. I know 3 people who got demoted after they moved. Two lv2 AD and 1 LV3. Probably their pay stayed the same but you can imagine what's next.
