Executive severance

What do execs (directors, principals, VPs) get as severance? Same two weeks?

Nope. Officers are the same.

@c3 I see we still have a lot of low IQ employees around that were scared by a literal IQ test that has been around for decades - raven's progressive matrices.

Why do you care that they care?

I thought it was widely known that the “officers” were on contract for three years — at least the outside hires. Most don’t make it past.. if you watch carefully. My personal favorite was the marketing princess who devised that stupid test we all took back in 2020. She actually named her dog “mayhem”. Yeah, she was told at about 2.5 years that it was over. She went on leave immediately.

Most AVP’s don’t get to that point. Junior officers come from the outside, build a resume line, then move on in 2 years.
They don’t know what we do….they don’t care what we do.
They just want to move on/move up in their career path. Anywhere but here.

Directors, same. Officers are enhanced.
