Now in 60 day window and not listed on TX notice. How are they avoiding it?

California's notice is more stringent than Federal, not sure about TX's.

@c3 has the correct answer. They're not legally required to give WARN notices further than 60 days in advance.

My guess will be announced on 5/1/2025 for start day of June 30th, 2025.

I know people that did not AEOI, that have been given June 30th as their last day on payroll in Houston.
