Chevron listed on CA WARN notifications. Where are the TX WARN notifications?

I've heard there are going to be a lot of transition roles.
Now in 60 day window and not listed on TX notice. How are they avoiding it?
California's notice is more stringent than Federal, not sure about TX's.
@c3 has the correct answer. They're not legally required to give WARN notices further than 60 days in advance.

My guess will be announced on 5/1/2025 for start day of June 30th, 2025.
I know people that did not AEOI, that have been given June 30th as their last day on payroll in Houston.
Not yet in the 60 day window
Maybe there’s a minimum number and Texas didn’t hit it?
