@c2 this is egregious, but assuming anyone did this anyway, as long as they didn’t miss meetings and still produce good results, and deliver everything expected of them, then what’s the problem? You Pro-RTO people act like you can only work while sitting in an office, or like you can only work from 9-5. Why would it matter where and when I do my work if it still gets done? This is not meant to be a blanket policy because not all jobs are the same. A lot of us are 24x7.

They have u right where they need u friend. Take this sentiment u just spewed and apply it to any psychology 101 course. The human mind can be really simple sometimes!
@bm Yeah dude!
Three day work weeks!
And let's demand a keg at the office for office days. Unlimited drinking.
And free pizza with strippers! And co----e breaks every 10 minutes.
And let me get back to doing my shopping and running my errands on my hybrid days. And watching TV. And taking calls with my kids and dogs barking in the background.
These are the changes necessary to restore the prestige and morale to AT&T!!!
All I want is to return to the way it was when I was hired, hybrid 2x a week with an assigned seating.
It’s so obvious and such an easy fix that could have such a positive impact on employee satisfaction to roll back to 3 days. If they were smart they would roll it back right before they issue the employee survey again. If not, expect worse feedback than last time.
OP-
Louder for those in the back!
Especially, if you’re a 24x7 employee.
@a9 Imagine thinking you need to RTO to “actually work” in 2026. What a dummy! I prefer the people who can actually work without an adult babysitter.
He’ll No to RTO!
Where do I apply for the job that pays 6 figures for "to troll this forum night and day singing the praises of RTO?"
What I love about this company is that we are paying multiple people 6 figures to troll this forum night and day singing the praises of RTO. #10$pershareistooghigh
Not anymore.
Anyone who was bald pre-COVID is still bald.
Sure! And I want to work 3x12s and have 4 days off a week.
Not gonna happen.
RTO and actually work.
