Not sure if this is true or not, but looks like a soft RIF, where multiple folks across org. let to go but no news about RIFs

@OP with the new reorg it’s possible
@6ag Just think if we had a Pilot!
@69m Copilot making everything! That’s the new strategy! Copilot will produce software, hardware and will fix bugs. Copilot will take over the company. Copilot is FLD’s a new, ridiculously easy way to win.
@67w oh joy what is the new strategic chsnge?
@67w People have been selling immortality since ancient times... And this stage and Panbora's box are just another stage... Power is not an empty word. The same is happening with the AI hype.
SDC took out a dozen or so heads this week. Taken out over a strategic directional change!
@c2 We will work together, and continue to work together, to address these issues. And to work together as we continue to work, operating from the new norms, rules, and agreements in NGINX.
@pz We will work together, and continue to work together, to address these issues…and to work together as we continue to work, operating from the new norms, rules, and agreements, that we will convene to work together...we will work on this together.
16? For the entire quarter? Out of 6,500. Wow. Those ba----ds.
The latest count is 5 from marketing, 6 from PE (global), 3 from support services, 2 from PM.
What groups what orgs have been targeted?
Back in the day, they called this getting “fired”. They didn’t announce firings. You just found out about it because someone was escorted out or didn’t show up anymore. It was more humane than RIFs. They told you that you su-ked at your job. Whereas RIFs just randomly get rid of people and lack courage from management. Look it up.

That’s what left from “going above and beyond” and “we are the family”.
Yes, some people “are no longer”. Some meetings cancelled, some meetings organised. Nobody knows what’s happening. Everything was fine and ridiculously easy… Reality hits hard.
