SLT is beside themselves on leaked RIF dates appearing on this site (1000% confirmed they are on here and working with HR and IT).They actively are investigating who is leaking the dates.
Don’t you know we all are supposed to take this job loss like the good little peasants we are? Thank you to those in the know who have shared this information when you did not need to. SLT has a big problem with transparency and it will cost those who leaked info their jobs if they are identified.

Don't blame SLT for this disaster of a company. Blame the board, they are the ringmasters. SLT are just the clowns in this circus. This company has one purpose, make mountains of money for investors at the expense of employees and customers. And to do that, they need middle management to do exactly what they are told, and to get that kind of obedience they need to hire greedy mindless managers. Add in outsourcing business operations to corrupt foreign actors, and it's just a matter of time before this ship sinks.

If HR and IT are in charge of this investigation, then seriously, no one has anything to worry about. You could drop your full name and they still wouldn’t connect the dots. HR’s basically clueless, and IT will probably spend the next year and a half hyping up AI like it’s going to magically fix everything—while doing absolutely nothing, per usual. Meanwhile, the exec team will be busy drooling over AI buzzwords and flashy PowerPoints. June 26 is just gonna be another example of how badly ELT, HR, and IT have failed—but they’ll pat themselves on the back for “taking action,” of course.
They do like sniffing them some layoff and AI ball sweat.

Its funny. I hadn't even known about this site last year when the summer Rif happened. Our leadership called a quick "you're OK meeting" and specifically mentioned this site... that they assumed we'd be reading the posts and freaking out.

I was told RIFs will be the first Thursday of every month through the end of the year - with the biggest RIF landing in December.
