Creating this to discuss the circle jer… I mean town hall today

We have no HR organization left.
That lawyer HR woman is horrible. No empathy at all.
I don't think she is allowed to speak anymore.
She kept putting her foot in her mouth.
But at least she doesn't paint her face.
Sorry but the last one was distracting at town halls.
Weird look.
@ka The lawyer who took over HR? God, she was horrible on the town halls. Very weird and cringy and totally couldn’t read the room. I’m guessing they decided to stop putting her in front of large groups of employees.
What ever happened to that HR woman that used to.present at town halls. She was the one that did the return into the office. She just disappeared. Maybe she wouldn't return to her office.
@c9
Yep. They settled one with the FTC in Feb 2026, right when they started the layoffs. Coincidence?
However bad Evanko will be, Palmer would have been even worse. He was downright evil. All his butt kissing got him nothing. Pushed to the curb. He ruined everything he ran. We saw that up close when he came to run our stuff.
@cv He doesn't have more important things to talk about than saying how much he ignores his emails.
????
Pompous.
I also found it telling when BE bragged about all the emails he had gotten, then followed that with he wasn’t answering them because he has more important things to do.
@c1
Looked it up, Express Scripts is currently facing multiple major lawsuits and investigations including racketeering, price fixing, antitrust and collusion, etc. It's deep, some of them settled already.
@c7 idk you irl but you are effing hilarious LOL
My team members rly ate this up🤣🤣 “I like this guy” I almost peed laughing. I’m like are we watching the same thing? He literally said if you don’t like it here get a new job. Oh and that “mental health is better in office” so that’s coming down the pipe line I assume come July. The whole town hall was like a cult meeting. So freaking weird. Like why are we crying/getting emotional about work? It’s not that serious. We are not curing cancer. We’re denying claims and extorting money from patients. Why are you crying?!? Bunch a weirdos.
OMG.... they should have distributed ba-f bags with 'Go You' on one side and 'Lead to One' on the other.... I could barely take it today!!! so ready to be done with it!
Worst town hall ever. It was heartwarming when Brian basically said if you don't like it here go look for another job. 🤣 i've never seen leadership so out of touch with their employees.
@c2 Cordani made a random comment inserted to an answer to the question about being in the office is better for your mental health. I can attest to in office deteriorates some peoples mental health severely. The constant looming threats of being JE’d or RTO for production type jobs that can fully be monitored is not worth it. I think Evanko made himself perfectly clear today, employees and their health and well being do not matter.
Good. When can we expect him to jettison his wife and/or kids to replace them with Indians?
I couldn’t join. Did they say something about work at home policies?
Anyone else get the feeling that this whole meeting was just to try to humanize them to us? And that weird random video of a random board member? It was so odd.
It was also alarming to me at the end, when Brian was telling everyone to stay focused, and used that Q&A question to Danny regarding his hearing in Congress, and said there will be a lot more of that in 2026, so we just have to not get distracted with all that….. look up what Express Scripts was accused of….
@ap Maybe it was AI that put together the entire Town Hall presentation...
What a complete waste of time…they discussed nothing. Nothing about layoffs. Nothing about the ongoing uncertainty of the company. Nothing about the security of the company or security of jobs going forward. And…annnnd… the incoming CEO tells us to sh-t or get off the pot as a ploy to claim dominance and urgency. Oooof.
@bw His message is Lead to ONE.
I would have taken Palmer over Evanko if DC was getting replaced as CEO
@bv glad his message resonated! WIN
@br Evanko? What a clown. So a wannabe Elon or Bezos? Terrible. I will be applying for external jobs indeed.
@br He sounded like Elon there when he bought Twitter. Get ready to be hardcore!
@b1 Definitely get that vibe as well. DC also seems to at least try to give the vibe of being human and approachable. BE clearly seems to be a bottom line only guy, can't even pretend to have any warmth. And then has the nerve to preach to us about being customer centered. 🙄 Not a fan at all. This makes me nervous for the future.
My man just said find somewhere else to work lol.
"This isn't the end of an era yet"
The man speaks antonyms. Now all makes sense 😉
@bm They got rid of the anon online q's because people were actually asking q's there.
@bk perhaps not staged in the sense that they hand them a piece of paper and say “read this” but definitely heavily vetted
@bk They seem to pre-pick people that can ask questions or it's some su-k up from one of the leadership development programs who won't ask any risky questions.
The questions are staged too?
@bh Yeah, not surprising but surprising.
Wow, they’re legitimately not going to talk about the layoffs. This is wild.
People are happier at home. Quit gaslighting us. Ugh
Made up data to justify the crazy work model.
@b7 I agree and disagree. You have to learn to hear the words under the words of what they're saying. They say more than you think, but it would be nice if they did some real talk.
Out of touch, cordani probably will get a nice golden parachute and will make bank with his board job. Meanwhile they fired people with kids in high school.
@b2 he said he cares for this company and employees the same way he cared about his family... So pretty sure both are lies 😉 or is a different kind of care 🧐
@b1 That settles it. I figured out what the new regime's style will be. I will be resigning next week.
D.C. worship on my team right now is very telling of not understanding the depths of corruption. Crying, we love him, etc.
No. Just no.
Ew. So many su-k ups! This whole thing is just an ego-st-----g nothing burger. How about on his way out, Cordani actually gets real? Yeah, they briefly talked about war in the beginning, but we're in the middle of a political, economic, and health care crisis in this country. Let's have some real talk about real topics so we could possibly come up with solutions or brainstorm ways to weather the storm as a company as long as possible? I'm done with everyone just talking to hear their own voice but never saying anything important.
