Can't we get GKs rating lower.
Still way too low
Can't we get GKs rating lower.
Still way too low
7/7/2025:
22% approval for GK
52% would recommend to a friend
44% positive business outlook
steady progress. I think it can get below 20% before the next all company broadcast.
I work in HR and am surprised that we haven’t been strongly “encouraged” to leave positive reviews. Yet.
"100% of employees would recommend the company to an enemy."
LOL!!
As of 7/1/25, GK’s approval is 24% and 52% of employees on Glassdoor would recommend the company to a friend.
100% of employees would recommend the company to an enemy.
This is laughable. Who cares what glass doors reviews say. When you're in a market where there's more unemployed people then number of jobs opening it doesn't matter whatever the reviews say because everyone's out for themselves at that point to be employed and bring food to the table.
Does a low rating on Glassdoor accomplish anything? In other words does it even make a difference?
@hk I can disable the cookies/enter guest mode and add 20+ votes to create a false narrative as well but choose not to.
Please tell us you are a proletariat without telling us you are a proletariat. The fact you work at a bank/financial institution and do not know how corporate governance/stakeholder interest works is telling the real reason you are attacking GK and it is not based on business....
@gz+1jyn03ds6 your response to defend goes even further twisted in your logic. And who is "us" LOL!! You are alone in this as nobody else here thinks your point makes any sense.
So how about YOU tell US why JPM isn't crashing as their CEO is much more liked?
Also, CEO's fiduciary duty is towards the company and its employees just as much as it is towards the shareholders. You are mistaking the Chairman of the Board with a CEO. Get your facts right.
@gs if you trying to act like a lamb in a capitalistic society, expect to be feasted on by the wolves. The activist shareholders want layoffs, leaner technology, and the CEO has an fiducial duty to increase value by any possible options - you clearly do not understand how all of this works.
Had you and others thought this through, you would have worked to make her too likable, instead of trying to give her a low survey rating - just who do you think your audience/target is for the Glassdoor review? Tell us.
What kind of twisted logic are you trying to spin here @gm+1jyn03ds6. Makes no sense. By your logic shareholders would hate all CEO's of FAANG companies, JP Morgan Chase etc.
Just to let you know how capitalism works,
The lower her rating, the more the shareholders respect her - the stakeholders are the ones that matter. They know she will not hesitate to slash and burn.
If she had a higher rating, the more the shareholders would lose confidence in her thinking she is too soft.
You got this backward...
f you’ve ever had the “pleasure” of being in her presence, you’d know she leads through fear and intimidation. Whoever convinced her she’s some all-powerful force really sc--wed the organization over.
I worked under her before she took the President role, and I can say without hesitation: she’s a complete disgrace. Never once said anything that motivated or inspired me or my team. She set unrealistic goals, ignored frontline realities, and spent most of her energy trying to stack the ranks with ex-McKinsey people.
She’s not a leader... she’s a liability. And mark my words: she’ll be the downfall of this organization. It’s only a matter of time.
Also, lets make this a thing... #GTFOFK
@d4 jokes aside…what is disappointing is the fact that senior leaders huddle around her and march to whatever BS she is peddling. Risk has literally been thrown out the window. If a were a shareholder, I would sell every last penny invested. Short term gains might be optimistic but long term USB is a loser under every scenario.
LOL!! Pure gold!
"@c1 Let’s call it what it is... GK has the personality of a damp rag, and even that’s being generous. At least a rag has a use. Since stepping into her new role, she’s been completely useless. Hides in her ivory tower, swinging the axe at anyone who doesn’t kiss the ring. No leadership, no backbone, just ego and insecurity wrapped in a title.
Total joke.
I think Op meant it was way high let's get it lower.
I got $20 says that GK is below 15% by September.

With this logic maybe you’d be CEO material “Can't we get GKs rating lower. Still way too low”
