If the last 5 years have proven anything, it's that HY doesn't give a flying F about anyone's skills, knowledge, ability, intelligence, or economic value to the company. ALL they care about is reducing domestic headcount. At the end of the day, everyone not directly related to sales will "go", be automated, outsourced, or contracted. They will spend 2x-3x the amount on a contractor just to get rid of an FTE. Seen it many times, and it will continue. Every one of us is being targeted, the only questions are when and which fake excuse they'll roll out to do it.
