L and D is posting on various platforms stating what a huge success the Month of Learning was.
No it wasn’t, it was the same failure it’s always been since the new group of leaders took over.
Everyone I’ve talked to says they didn’t get anything out of it.
They’re trying too hard to convince, I don’t know somebody, maybe even themselves, that they are really performing a good service to the employees.

@xv calling someone a troll who hides while you’re also anonymously posting, is wild.
I noticed you said “…doesn’t add value either”. So you admit they don’t add value. I’ll take that as a win.
@10h They look great on all the podcasts and conferences he speaks at. Looks sharp in all those LinkedIn posts. This guy is a joke...just like all of L&D.
@xv Hi Phil! Love all the vests!!
@c0 you’re the troll that doesnt add value either. So pathetic that you hide behind this forum to sh-t post.
The company strategy at the moment seems to be tell everyone that everything is great and repeat 1000x
PSX LinkedIn is trash. It’s all posts of L&D, I&D self promotions or the AES head who clearly has no work since he’s had time to write a book and promotes that everyday. Or the social impact/comms folks posting one gala to another. All the teams that make zero difference to the bottom line, trying to convince the rest of us they add value.
I actually liked the presentations. Utah the pilot was awesome
All about positive PR, likes, and narrative.
