AVP confirmed that there were cuts across Enterprise technology, data management, and Gov today. Wouldn’t share numbers.

True leaders are the ones who keep getting cut. They don’t want people ruining the business model with pesky things like compassion, innovation and creativity. They don’t want leaders, they want yes men/women. Don’t challenge or question anything, just keep following the pi-s poor direction, treat adult employees like delinquent children, fill your day with pointless meetings, process changes and busy work and you’re golden.
@bz most so-called “leaders” here are merely “managers”…there is a huge difference between those who truly lead vs those who only manage… take a close look around this place and find the real leaders - it’d make a fun and interesting challenge, for those keen observers
P&C A&A. A director took an individual contributor role a week ago because he knew 3 of his forecasters were getting axed today. He (30+ years) was too chicken to be there to give them the news. So called 'leader'. This shows it's every person for themselves.
