Thread regarding PepsiCo Inc. (Pepsi) layoffs

GCC turnover

Looks like a lot of gcc employee turnover is occurring. Every day I see LinkedIn posts of employees leaving for other greener pastures gcc’s In Hyderabad and Krakow. What’s happening? Is every company pouring $$$$ in gcc?

I don’t think the GCC wave is slowing down. Look at the sheer number of LG1 though LG4 roles hired In Hyderabad. The message is clear what PepsiCo is transforming to

@fb Barcelona hub is a joke - expensive pet project with little value only because Ramon is from Barcelona - pure nepotism and corruption to locate so may international roles in Barcelona. Since Gaston left things are only getting worse!

Kraków is doomed. Lots of people leaving, leaders especially. It's a clear sign you should be switching before it's too late.

@by I believe it stands for "Global Capability Center." In other words, the offshore hubs in Mexico, India, etc.

The "Capability" part is either wishful thinking or an outright joke.
