42 here. Had a great career, with great compensation. All In yearly bonuses. Senior leadership grew in into fans of my ideas, and they were hooked.
As the projects grew so did the bonuses. Soon senior leadership was always asking for my thoughts and I always succeeded.
Hint… it’s not what you’re paid, it’s your bonus.

Quit working more than your eight hours. You’re not gonna be appreciated or noticed. All they’re gonna do is give you more work and cut more people figuring you’ll continue to do more and more until they decide to send your job also to India or some bullsh-t AI.
Instead of spending more than your 40 hours working for free, use that time to look for a new job or pick up a side hustle - or just enjoy your life outside of that dump
And dont forget, if you get whacked by HR, you get none of these bogus RSUs

Not sure if this applies to everyone or just those on the layoff list, but incentives were cut by 50% and there’s no annual raise. Truly inspiring. Especially after pouring countless hours into the year just to proudly “meet expectations.” But don’t worry—the company posted record-high revenue, which clearly means senior leadership’s compensation packages are thriving. Glad to know where all that hard work ended up.

Company has made record profits over the last year and in turn, they skrew the employees. Just how much money have they wasted on renovating 500 Ross, a 25 year old bldg? Something stinks, and I'm sure we will all learn what it is soon enough. #SellUsNowPlease
My boss didn’t even tell me about the stock BS. He framed it as my bonus went up. I only found out when my comp doc was released. My cash insensitive was down as a result of this nonsense. This is just more disrespect from this company.
I got 10 shares 3 years ago when the stock was around 50 bucks. Now the stock is close to 130 and my redemption date pass Feb 13 I will cash out. At least I will make some money out of it 🤑
