How big is the layoff in India ? Any idea? Did they cut squad leaders, scrum masters there or not?

Yes, the layoffs were same everywhere. Also India has headcount freeze, so there were very few full time SM in business units

Tech and other roles got impacted. Not sure the numbers though.
I am with this firm for 20+ years, what I have seen is the best skills thing India leadership team have are - how to take care of "the royal US leaders" visiting India every quarter. They dress them up indian saree and turbans to take pictures.
