Any leader joining Walgreens at this time is guaranteed to be subpar. Seriously why join Walgreens when you have other options?

Looks like she had several different roles and knows merchandising. Hopefully she can come up with some new ideas to drive foot traffic. These merchandising people often float from company to company, we will see what happens here.

@OP BJ's appears to be a growing company. Why leave for Walgreens?
