Enjoyed seeing the CEOs of United Healthcare and CVS/Aetna getting scolded by different members of congress last week. How can we make sure Sarah doesn’t miss out on that fun? I need to see her explaining all her little “High Touch Initiatives” put in place in those state plans with high MCR rates. Popcorn ready!

I'm just commenting to say the Subject Line is incredible. Very well done OP!
@bw One might even think it’s performative just to keep the people fooled into thinking any of these entities actually care about the people.
It’s a clown show. The politicians scolding health insurance company’s are the same people who profit from allowing the racket in the first place. It isn’t going to change because our government doesn’t want change.
Insurance is one of those businesses people love to hate. Look on the bright side, maybe the demise of this industry will be the one thing that unites our country. Yeah, probably not even this will. But we can hope
If you think about it, Centene would make the perfect foil for this administration. It ticks all the boxes. Female CEO, strong on DEI, and the villain blue and red all detest, insurance companies. Given how visible healthcare related issues are, it’s unreal Centene has flown under the radar for this long. I’m not saying I support any of this. In fact I don’t. Just pointing out the obvious though.
