Yes how else can we balance the books ge-z c'mon man...
@14x what is barefoot operations?
Anyone who isn’t barefoot operations is on the block.
Just ask AI. It knows more going on with the company then the employees.
@dd that mean mass IRIF for XBS / GIS / Cores as dealers take all the MIF. Remember when Xerox bought GIS, Xerox reps massive IRIF as GIS took the MIF. History repeating itself. Xerox will stop any intelligent Lexmark folks as they will see if you speak up and say the wrong thing even if it’s brilliant and would take Xerox to new unbelievable profitability the response is….your fired. Please just compliance with the strategy, don’t tell us we are headed to bankruptcy just do what you told easy just comply. $.89 share?
@qw Is that 111 not 211? Wouldn't surprise me. Total waste to keep utils on for the 10% of desks that are occupied. Ghost-town.
Yes!!!!
@qt isn't that the truth!!!! That thing is awful.
@qw whats 211?
Rumour mill has Canadian Field Sales on the chopping block. Turns out the majority work from home and don’t do sales calls.
@ds I heard 211, most in 208 and 209 and Gil Hatch is closing doors. I am service so I am sure we will get hit. Its also happening in November not october. Apparently. I guess there is some show in october that they need resources for.
@f1 look at the leader of the call center. XBS workers will only take that for so long. Especially in the US.
XBS is losing local support to HCL. Those remaining will have to do more with less. I expect to see continued decline with customer accounts and then expect Xerox SLT to renegotiate HCL contract.
@b8 it’s sad but then again XBS in the US is over-resourced and chaotic. There are like 150 people just doing revenue operations (whatever that is) and multiple coverage on accounts and conflict/overlap with the names account orgs.
@bw did I read your post correctly that the Webster campus is heading for a shutdown? Damn….
MIF being sold to private dealers (at least one large deal already done) and smaller customers being moved to a consolidated inside sales team. Both will impact field sales substantially - sales and management.
Not V, but I. No rumors, it's happening. 25% in US gone. Webster campus closing after they get rid of the rest of dead weight there. Say buuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuh bye
There will be a RIF, no “V” in the equation. You are either on an org chart or not.
October. Most have a 15% target. Focused on XRX US employees.
How is it possible that the responses on here get d-mbr and d-mbr?
315 workforce, that's why. It's unfortunate that Webster is located near Wayne county. Fathers and brothers procreating with their daughters and sisters-type of place for those not familiar with the area.

It’s like trying to survive the collapse of the World Trade Center and walk away, saying look how smart I am.
Remember how many people survived that disaster. Not a good plan.
I am no longer there, but I've heard rumors of layoffs in October from my previous co-workers, up to 20% in my old organization, but that's pretty speculative. I trust no rumors from friends who heard it from others, and rumors here are even less reliable. It always ends up turning into the "telephone game" where details change every time it's retold.
Change the to an I
