Where have you been? Been this way for 5 years, minimum. Cr-ppy strategy of drilling individual wells in West Texas is the only thing working and we do not compete well against the Indys. Zero idea what to do with the legacy money we are making besides share buybacks - not working BTW - and dividends. Pretty sad.

I hear you. I’ve felt the same way few years back, and it’s draining. Just know this is a just a phase, and that it’s not worth losing sleep or peace over. You’re not the crazy one here. The leadership spin is exhausting, but it doesn’t define you or your value. Hang in there.
