No one should get a cost of living raise! You want a raise then meet or exceed goals
stop already it’s like a broken record. If you find another job that pays better than do it if you can’t and you deserve the pay, you’re already getting your job that you’re paid for and shut the duck up already.

So sick of hearing I closed the ticket, but didn’t really fix the root cause so I will have to close 1,000 more of the same issue

I cannot see this happening. DXC only do what they think they can get away with. So moving roles to India etc or automation are the only things they will invest in. As for the rest of us we wait for the redundancy offer and take it.
Below the old level 5 , BULL Sh-t. All of us should get an increase on if we met and exceeded some goals !
in my 49 years in IT DXC is the only company where I didn’t get at least a 6% increase every year. In the 12 years at DXC only received 1 pay increase.
The last few years , I didn’t do much and took every possible day off with pay.
I have received 3 cost of living increases since I left and unlimited vacation because they know I will get the job done.
This is a wonderful idea.
But it sounds like a ferrytale, when the hardhearted stepmother either changes into a good person or receives death.
DXC looks more like amercan capitalism.
Love it or leave it. No change will happen.
If you are in the high cost West, you are really lucky to still be employed.
Think about it and work harder
Not going to happen ! Those workers not happy will leave for better paid jobs opening the way for cheaper grads and apprentices. Win win for the management !!
