Okay she did the right thing and resigned. let's move off the topic and in doing so signify to other toxic executives if they step down we'll stand down. Let's return to our regularly scheduled programming: drop a spicy rumor, tale of woe, or scatalogical metaphor of your choice. Are all of the executives really on the same "Mother Hubbard" cigna plan as us? I assumed they had a special cadillac plan as part of their compensation not available to us.

Is the term “hate” the new buzz speak in Layoffs? People are not spreading hate, they are merely sharing their grievances. People, however, should stop attacking other posters just because they don’t agree. This is an outlet and if you don’t like it, stop coming here.

I agree that we need to carry on.

We can stop the poor language and metaphors any time now, as far as I am concerned.

However, we do need to never relent in letting the executives know that we know that they let the house burn. Heck, they lit the match!

TOF was simply a "tool", and the most visible. An easy target, and probably planned from Day One to be unceremoniously dumped. Like the rest of us.

I want the top head to go.

He approved the plans. He put TOF and the others in position to execute those plans. He is directly responsible for destroying the culture, the morale, and the reputation of USAA. He, as head of this company, is directly responsible for all of the pain and suffering that has happened.

I am sure TOF was amply rewarded for her work. Right now, she is meeting with her investment advisor while so many of us met with unemployment or even worse. The real money bleed in USAA is the unscrupulous executives, all the way to the top, who literally lit the match to burn the company down.

I doubt any of us that had been dealt an unfair hand will ever be compensated. But at least by getting ALL of those heads removed, it will be a start to a healthier USAA.

Now, back to work, troops! What is the latest as of today?
