all of you should be lucky to get anything. If you are not satisfied there is another option the unemployment line!

Consider yourself lucky, I did not get a raise this year. My boss told me “at least you have a job”.
So I work less hours per week to make for the lack of a pay raise. People have alternatives when management puts a stick in their eye 😉
Probably because you are "underpaid" at your PSG (CO).
@bz i think he meant the structural raise of 3% when he said average raise.
@bv please tell everyone what the average raise was. I'm not OP but I genuinely don't know.
If you received more than the average raise then your raise was not below average.
You should have gotten 0% because with your run on sentences I can’t figure out what the heck you really got. Totally dude.
@OP…good for you but I wouldn’t be posting since I know quite a few coworkers that received less than 2% with good ratings.
