@bv HQ allocates an amount to each region/department, and then the GP in charge gets to reallocate the suggested amount offered to their recipients. As an FA, I found out that I should have been offered $34K in the last offer, but instead was offered $14K. My other $20K was offered to am FA who kissed up...
Fair? no. Legal? yes. I left the cult.
@OP thanks. Looks like minimum is $5k investment if I read that right? Is there a max?
