SICK and tired of WELL PAID staff ignoring extremely poorly paid staff. Especially the ones with a GED only who earn a fortune in the litle pals network but the rest of us are paid nothing.

Oh that seems like a talent trait they must recruit for - there’s one of those in every dept now
c'mon now, you know we can't post names on here. consider this, the great manipulator has been relieved of his manager/director duties TWICE! then conveniently transferred to another group, only to failed there, and now he has crawled back to the original group. many have been dismissed with far less transgressions. how he hasn't, at the very least, been put on PIP is astonishing. tell me you're protected without telling me you're protected.

yep, all you need is a friend in a high place. maybe get demoted once or twice, yet still have a job because you're protected. no need to do anything, just promote yourself as the face of the brand. go to some events, snap a selfie with a has been celebrity, and you are the golden child. don't worry about the up coming layoff, you're safe
you just explained how it works: Friends in high places, + vapid mentalities based on fashion, s-xuality. you moaning about it will do nothing but make you unhappy. It certainly isn't going to change the culture.
