Culture throughout Verizon leadership us socialism is how to run a company. Hans promoted DEI and social causes whike he collected $24M annual paychecks.
Directors were created based on DEI and not results.
I sat in on every Department/VP/Company monthky all hands calls and results were hardly discussed but thise service anniversarys and DEI awards went on fir 74% of the calls.
Unless Dan emiminates Directir/VP levels the hard charging 1/2 leveks are sc--wed.
The lack of proactive culture was last seen when Dennt Strigal was a Vz Executive
another DEI FAILURE..........lol.....he might have had dual citizenship but his heart was elsewhere other than here in the united states of america.......he ran one other company into the ground so why he was ever made ceo of Verizon will always remain a mystery.........GOOD OLE BOYS NETWORK IS ALIVE AND WELL AT VERIZON........lol.
@bt That's not who you want from T-Mobile. Sadly they are long gone from T-Mobile. You wanted John Legere and Neville Ray. Those are the two who turned T-Mobile around. I was there with John Legere arrived at T-Mobile, he only had one goal, and that was beating Verizon. Never mentioned AT&T or anyone else. It was Verizon or nothing.

They're been looking, but the guy they want works for Frontier (Stratton). They are pulling the plug now so as not to make it awkward when Stratton starts taking over responsibilities post merger.
If they had someone within VZ that they liked better there would have been no need to rush.
The new guy who has been on the Board since 2018 is age 67, so he is not long for this job. I wonder if Mike Sievert age 54 former T-Mobile CEO has a no compete clause.

Who cares. In all honesty - things can only get better! He has been pulling this company down just like he did to Ericsson. He’ll get his golden parachute just like all the C-levels while those of us that really do all the work get our whopping 3% raise. I am praying they offer another package . ✌️ peace out…
Vz respects its employees with honesty. Hans was thinking about retiring just like he said. Totally makes sense to quit effective immediately. Who would ever suspect that’s a lie? No fake news here!
