What's to keep employees from staying at home and boycotting RTO? My direct manager has worked from home the past 2 weeks with no explanation.

childish intellect, at least.
so they're letting children on this site now.
no, child. I did not "make a post about boycotting RTO". as hard as it may be for you to comprehend, all posts are not from the same person.
think real hard, maybe more than once and you'll get there.
despite the limited intellect you've displayed, I retain faith in you!
so, you're working from home and making a post about boycotting RTO. You're a keeper.
nope. I'm remote again but investing most of the day to shirking any work. posting here seems like a worthy replacement and if it bothers you, so much the better 😘
@nd I didn't get a trophy but the next best thing of printing a certificate for the most recent mandatory course I was forced to take.
this is the net result of the 'everyone gets a trophy' generation.
it's not changing toots so deal with it. Have a good commute today.
so everyone else has to confirm to what you are sick of? perhaps it'd be better for the one dissatisfied person to find a more suitable forum instead?
nope, just sick of hearing the same cr-p over and over again. It's not going to change, so deal with it. Either go in or leave. Someone will take your place if you do....remember that.
You are now in charge of the topic police? Hogshit.
this topic is a dead horse.....quit beating it.
@bt That's all fine and dandy if you licve close to an office... but for a lot of us, we have an hour drive to get to an empty office in which NONE of our team goes to.. Only to badge in and go into a virtual TEAMS meeting... that we could have done at home.
@cq per policy there is no minimum, so how does that work? You all need to stop spreading false rumors.
Those who don't have enough on-site swipes will receive a reduced bonus.
I've been in the office twice since March. Ive been given stern talking to a couple times. No real consequences though.
Nothing keeps you from doing this.
It’s flexible hours. When you need to work at home you work at home. When you don’t need to you come in. Honestly at this point nobody cares. They’re not penalizing anyone.
we're still talking about this??????
Do whatever you want and own it.
Your manager may have a medical exemption. I currently do as an IC and it expires here in a month or two I believe. Go find a problem with yourself that is physically debilitating, tell your manager and then have HR approve it and yer good to go.
Nobody is stopping you but, you may end up without an income and idk... an income is pretty damn important to me
