RTO su-ks — the world is changing

Just because you used to work in an office everyday from 1908-2008 doesn’t mean it’s the best way to work anymore. It’s totally unnecessary in this day and age when we have (and sell) the ability to work from anywhere. We are a “tele-communications” company. If team members aren’t meeting the requirements of the job blame the managers. Don’t enforce RTO based on bad unrealistic data from Jay&Co.

All companies who require office presence also offer basic assigned/guaranteed seating, which this company does not. This is an utter sh-t show.

You do know that you aren't forced to work here, right? May I suggest changing your LinkedIn to #opentowork? Your incessant bi--hing isn't going to change anything. If you're dissatisfied with this job, you are welcome to go find another.
