Deflections. A big lack of seriousness all while almost mockingly teasing cost cutting and "transformation" which we all know what that eventually means. This guys is such a stooge so far out of his league. Pretty sad when this goober makes you kind of miss Glenn.

The only clowns around here are the senior leaders and BOD. Completely out of touch with our product and/or driving profit. You can only cut costs so much before you begin to cannibalize your business. We are there folks.
Most customer facing reps are here for a paycheck vs pride in their job and taking care of customers. Sad to see the product deteriorate to this point.
