I genuinely despise customer care. I talk sh-t about them in meetings, to my coworkers, on recorded calls with frustrated customers I have to triage and yet nothing ever changes. It’s disgusting how we treat customers when we send them to the call center equivalent of Guantanamo Bay.
What i find so humorous is the "customer obsessed" tag line. That is the farthest from the truth
Stop complaining and enjoy the days you have left. Starlink has the future sales, repair, and care model laid out and mastered with 5 million+ customers. 5 times the number we do. Digital transformation is not done yet buddy.

Call centers have moved to the Philippines with recent T1 infrastructure completed. Relax! Customer care comes first. Why worry?
