My group hit rock bottom and we keep digging.

South Carolina teams are the worst. Retail “leadership” if you can call them that lead with threats, te---r, and fear. The turnover rate is unreal.
I’m seeing the same. About 1/4 of the people leave at lunchtime, and then everyone else starts heading out from 4:30 on.
People are not going to put in extra time when they have to fight traffic and waste gas already.
Last “Town Hall” someone posted a question about how Truist is environmentally responsible. Silence on the RTO topic. Funny how they harp about greenhouse gases then make us drive in for jobs that were done remotely for 5 years.
“Copilot, what should I say to make management think I’m a team player and engaged?”
@dy Group incentive? What is that?
Underpaid, overworked, and then outsourced.
Morale is great!
@a7 Bingo
With the inability to obtain incentive this year my motivation to do anything is completely gone. Looks like a ride down the tubes for Truist. Who is the genius that came up with a group incentive? He/she/it should be fired. This will not be a good year for the bank.
@br See you are not using Copilot correctly. It will help us all dig quicker and more efficiently!
We have big beautiful shovels over here under Hagerman's group. Purple ones. To help dig ourselves out of the shht they give us everyday. So. much. shht. Purple shht.
I work in wealth. How is Vonnie still here? I used to think it was Joe T and he was terrible but he chose Vonnie and Cram and their cancer lives and spreads. There used to be some good areas in brokerage but Vonnie always says NIET!! Unless it was something Bb&t did. She is Kathleen Kennedy at truist and cram just enjoys lobster and dining with top FA’s (sometimes dinner is $15k for a few people) at company expense. Dowhower needs to clean it out. It’s all looking backwards when this company desperately needs vision and a path forwards.
It can’t get much worse, even the recent hires are already disengaged and fed up.
It’s totally 👍 awesome 👏!!!!
No, just kidding, it’s in the 🚽.
I’m counting the days until India runs out of cooking fuel
At that point helpful raj will not be so helpful
@OP - Morale across our organization is very low. Most employees appear disengaged, simply completing their assigned responsibilities and leaving at 5:00 every day. There is little motivation to exceed expectations because most people feel that exceptional effort is neither recognized nor rewarded through promotions, raises, or bonuses. This has proven to be the case at Truist.
Employment is ultimately a two-way agreement between employer and employee. However, the expectation at Truist often seems to be that teammates should consistently go above and beyond in every aspect of their work. In reality, employees are compensated to perform the duties outlined in their roles. As a result, most (including myself) have adopted the mindset of doing only what is required for their role, since additional effort does not appear to lead to meaningful financial or career advancement.
