I heard Billing, Collections and CS was hit this morning. Anyone know of any other depts that got hit? Everyone in the US is being hit.

Not every department. Mostly Services. And 1/2 in US.
@ay who are “they” exactly? I don’t think it was communicated at all.
They framed it as a ‘realignment’ of departments.
