@br If that is the case, we have a major management problem. If managers cannot be responsible for their employees, they should not be in the role. Period end of story. Managers are paid and compensated to supervise, if they are not capable of doing it effectively, that is the problem.
Micro-managing, tracking and surveilling your entire workforce is NOT the solution.
