2025 at Seagate will be the year of celebrating employees becoming the number one appreciated stakeholder in the organization. Employees will be the priority for excess free cash flow going forward and recognized as the key engine of profitability finally, after all this time, it’s now gonna be your time to reap the rewards for your loyalty and hard work over the many years and all the many sacrifices that you’ve made for the company. Congratulations. Set your expectations really high for this one.
15% base raise and bonus of 20% your annual salary. Plus increase in 401k match to 100% of 6% instead of 50%. Also one time check returning any pay cut loss you sustained. Run out and buy a new car right away. It’s a lock.
