Anyone else see that?

The TG plan has yet to produce organic policy growth after 3 years. And, we've squandered billions of dollars on low profile IA and non-standard companies that will not add value (no different than prior moonshot with Esurance). Glenn doesn't have a credible presence on the quarterly analyst calls. I'd bet on a Female or a Person of Color, which would be consistent with current "white guys need not apply" bonus level talent strategy. He gets passed over, and rides it out a few years to realize value of his stock options. Or sometimes the first loser for the job is let go as he'd be in the way.
For the sycophants touting Glenn's animal charity I'll point out that it's fairly common in New England for people to protect animals while at the same time being indifferent to the suffering of people. It doesn't make us good people.
Transform growth plan has been a classic textbook case of how to destroy a company in 5 years. Morale amongst agents and claims have never been worse
Glenn is a hired g-n, he will move on from Allstate like he has from other disasters. He has a relatively short shelf life.
Next CEO has been hand picked already by Wilson himself:
Please allow me to introduce myself
I'm a woman of wealth and taste
I've been around for a long, long years
Stole million policies and premium.
Pleased to meet you
Tricia Griffith is my name
But what's puzzling you
Is the nature of Tom’s game
She shouted out
Who ki---d the Claims?
When after all
It was Tom and Glenn
It would be more decent of him if he started a homeless shelter for the disadvantaged. He touts equality but he does nothing personally to help people with all his millions. He is a terrible leader.

You have to admit his animal charity is a good cause.
Who cares about Glenn’s animal shelter! Honestly I hope Tom the drunk & Glenn the butcher both get let go for running this company into the ground.
Not in the cards. It will be between the COO and an outsider.
Selling off company is priority for them just needs better leadership to grow
Don’t think so. I’ll guess that Carl Icahn will bring in an outsider to carve up the company and sell off the pieces.
nah, he will quit and go into real estate like 5 people from my team did. Everyone's favorite "break glass in case of emergency" job
Glenn & Nancy Shapiro are long time animal lovers, volunteers, and advocates for animals. They founded KodiakCare in 2020, inspiring family and friends to join them in making life better for dogs.
Wouldn't bet against it
