Did Polaris mess up my email copy of my paystub? How do I set it up again?

@bq same here and not know how to restart. The automated email copy was great
I received paystubs via email up to and including the last March paycheck, then post Polaris it seems to have stopped.

What a step backwards. This is what progress looks like?
Paystubs will be delivered Direct from India
They’ve stopped emailing pay stub since last year I believe. I log in to Strada to download a copy and email it to my personal email now every month. For the final pay stub (s) after you leave the company you need to go to Strada just before you leave to update a field for your personal email. This is in the instructions they recently sent after the Polaris HCM roll out.
Damn stupid but Ive long given up on this company and am so glad to be given a retrenchment package to leave this year.
Go to/strada they will not email you copies of your pay stub anymore.
Put in a ticket baw!
Wait 2 weeks, then escalate the ticket.
