Is 3% the standard compensation this year?

6.5%, Extraordinary
Was very bottom of TSR (had to get bumped up when my title’s TSR band increased recently). Probably still lowest paid on my team.
Where you are in the TSR payscale is more important than your ranking. It doesn't pay to over perform these days, they want everyone in the middle of the TSR.
The problem is if you are at the middle of TSR and have the years, you must continue to over perform at a high-level or you will be out the door. Anyone could be out the door these days but higher-salary and years of service and without any connections will put you out the door a lot quicker. Therefore, I have to keep my head down, take on whatever is given, put in the hours and deliver since I do not play politics and do not have any network these days.
We still haven’t even found out our percentage.
Target salary range and giving more for lower end of the range and less for higher end of range…sounds like it’s socialism eventually everyone will be even so what will be the point of raitings???
8% average. WFH.
What has the average bonus percentage paid out the past few years?
There are way too many “exemplary” ratings here. They can only have so many of those. If you believe these posts, it’s the majority. So I doth call BS.
@bq Are you a baker, or just fat?
People downvoting actual increase amounts are just jealous. Get a life.
If folks with exceeds and effective are only getting 2% - 3% AND at the low end of the TSR, I doubt anyone at the mid-point or above is getting much of a pay increase -- if one at all.
So in past years, your spot in the target salary range + your rating pretty much determined what kind of raise you got. Simple enough.
This year they told us they also tweaked the percentages based on job titles too (which is probably why there’s so much varibility in what people are seeing).
Also, just a heads up — they split up the target salary range more than they used to. The middle half used to basically be treated the same, but now it really matters if you’re above the halfway mark. If you’re over that midpoint, you’ll probably see lower-than-average raises going foward. Just something to keep in mind
exceeds and effective 2% low end of the TSR.
@bv I 100% did get north of 6%. I got exemplary and role model.
3.0% with exceeds and effective rating -- bottom of TSR (Legg Org.).
3 % with achieves and effective rating.
@bq Same here....it is the pits since moving close to mid-point I was told hence why raise is not great.
The crazy lies on this topic are laughable. No one is getting above a 5.5/6 you guys just love to rage bait
I got enough extra to take the family to Moe’s for burritos every paycheck, so long as they don’t order queso. Exceeds/Effective rating. FML I need to find another job, maybe Moes is hiring.
@a2 stank made millions
@OP
‘Exemplary + roll model’. 5th year in a row. Mid L3. 3%.

5%….exceeds
3% exceeds effective
Only 2.5% with Exceeds Effective.
Exemplary Role Model
Within 10k of the low for a 2nd level
6.5%
Seems like the low for 2nd levels keeps increasing year over year. Just going off recollection, could be wrong.

Depends on your rating and where you’re at salary wise on the TSR range for your role. If you aren’t mid-range you’ll get higher %
I got a 12% nepotism raise.
Just call me "Stacy".
6% here
Which one of the below actually influences % given?
What: How:

I would have been happy with 3, I got 1.5 with an exceeds rating.
Yet another tactic to drive self attrition
1.5% - 2% is the average, if you got 3% feel lucky
