@OP Frontier is a Hillbilly company..they did one thing..converted rural copper to fiber and created massive debt. Verizon is already loaded with DEI execs/Directors to carry that mantra on.

Frontier employees are leaving now... without a package. Vz is not embracing rhe employees just the fiber. Reality Marketing Teams will not grow base in either Residential or MDU space... too much dead weight and DEI

Verizon wants the fiber assets and the consumer base that comes with it. Period. It was also partly a defensive move to block TMO from buying it.

Isn't the reason why frontier was acquired was in part due to the talent? Verizon has been on the decline and leadership is being gutted. Why layoff the talent that showed growth?
