If you are impacted by layoffs this week, remember it has little to do with your own performance. If you are retiring now, best of luck in your next chapter. If you are starting a search for a new role, wishing you the best of luck. Invest time in your search and resume building. Use your network. Be strong and resilient. This too shall pass. And you will be stronger!

@nw did you think you did something there? Just because someone says at the time of the post that they hadnt heard of oriskany folks not being let go doesnt meant it didnt happen. Duh! Maybe people should get off that sites di-k and stop bringing them up constantly . maybe you should go find other sh-t to do. So there’s that!…drrtttt
@bq Because you haven’t heard must mean it isn’t true, right? 🙄. Well I know of at least 8 that were let go from Oriskany but management is making them stay 30 days so there’s that….
@ex Gladys Knight and the PIPs
Keep in mind there are a list of names, if PIPed. From that list leadership will choice who goes. This is when leadership will keep their work friends, but layoff outsiders of their friend group. Just because you're competent doesn't mean you'll be retained.
Is Risk impacted ? I am concerned because I come everyday and do more than most. Which means I may be in the one marked for a purge. The worst people have survived .
@br did you receive severance, PIPed
The Wilmington office got hit with layoffs too including myself. Fu-k Robin Vince
