Everything’s just about cutting corners and doing the bare minimum. No one talks about pushing things forward or doing something great. It’s all just keep the lights on and hit the numbers. Show a little ambition and suddenly you're a problem. Are you kidding me with this cr-p?

The people that used to push things forward, or those who tried anyway, are long gone OP. They were methodically purged over the years and sidetracked. Leadership is undeniably loathe to take on any measure of risk and will always play it safe. They promote slick talkers who know what looks good to investors in PowerPoint slides. The company today is not even in the same ballpark as what it was 10 years ago when things started to go south in a major way. Good luck to all!

The pot will start to boil starting this week. The bad news will come forward between now and 8-15. Expect rapid movement on cuts. Announcements and 4th quarter payouts. The mood will get very bad and many will hang on for a dismal payout and no immediate plan for reemployment. Mery Christmas and Happy Easter as people struggle forward.
