How many c bands or level 3 it takes to close a building due to bad weather?
At 300k each, they caanot convice stanky to close a building for a day.

T employees are considered essential employees during times of emergency. Get to the office and take care of things.
@bp are you daft? we cannot work from home. Let's not abuse the company. We simply just take a sick day, or whatever. This company reiterates all the time how WFH is no longer align with the open market structure, so they cant have their cake and eat it too.

If telework isn’t approved then the building should close and a snow leave code used as prior to telework 20 years ago

A lot of folks worked from home today due to the Blizard. I took advantage of the absences to walk around and rub my stink finger into all the drop in space chairs.
OMG. Just work from home for the day. I did it like six times last year due to snow. Nobody said a thing. My coworker has done it twice this year and nobody has said a thing. The boss just says document why.
Don't like that, take a sick day. Its not rocket science.
But the presence report will still show you in non-compliance.
