Thread regarding Wells Fargo & Co. layoffs

Growing crowd of defensive "managers" on this page

The Scharf-simping nincompoops referred to as "managers" seem to spend a lot of time on this page. You can tell who they are because they are the ones posting butt-hurt comments either defending the company or launching personal attacks. They get defensive when people call out their gutless corruption on a public forum. Working at WF is bad enough; enforcing WF's corrupt, ever-changing personnel policies makes you complicit.

Pro tip for them, don’t talk negatively about your ex wife to your team. Narcissist.

Every night managers sneak into my house and rearrange my belongings, I'm sure of it.

The other option is that I'm not as a high a performer as I think I am, but how could that be?- I excel at asking AI questions!

@e5 Honeslty if it's literally a managers job to enforce company policy, but they do it on an anonymous shitposting site like this, then they probably need to be fired, because they don't have their priorities straight. lol.

No, they come here because deep down they are just as scared as everyone else, and talking sh-t here helps them restore a sense of (false) control.

WF recruits their managers from places like Burger King, McDonalds, 7-11 etc etc..

Its literally a managers job to enforce the company's policies. The fact you don't understand that and expect them to start burning down their office spaces to protest indicates youre a mo--n. Sorry you had to start coming back into work, which is what all of these hissy fits are actually about.

I’ve seen the weak managers come on here; they are so obvious. You can sense their incompetence and vile filthy selves with the way they speak in their messages. The sc-m that run the company now are the lowest of the low in corporate America. C-team top and mid-level managers. Sorry managers - you may think you have power but the company you have ‘power’ at is corrupt and probably going to fail. Best of luck to you.

@bp

If it doesn't concern you, then why come here at all? I suspect it's because it somehow concerns you.

It is hard for some people to believe that Wells Fargo actually has employees who are perfectly happy with their jobs. We come to this Board to observe constant hysteria and paranoia that has overtaken so many here.

So, anyone who disagrees with a complaint is by definition a "manager"? With over 200k employees, there are going to be different circumstances, experiences and reactions. Get used to it.

@a6 Case in point. Thanks for validating.

Someone not agreeing with your bizarrely inflated self image is not evidence of a conspiracy to silence you. Take your meds.

The fact they are even here trying to defend tells me they are just as scared. It means they are also checking this board frequently. If the culture of Wells Fargo were healthy, this place would be WAY less active. But instead, Shart has taken the company on a toxic descent into he-l and no one is happy, even if they say things are great and defend it. My guess: the wave we're seeing are newer managers who came from other banks and now realizing how bad it is. Now they are freaked out too because they're seeing how they were sold a lie when convinced to take the job.

It could also be just PR/HR shills trying to control the narrative. Who really knows. One thing is evident though: There is a LOT of daily dissatisfaction being demonstrated on this board and it will probably take years to heal the damage that's been caused. The Wells Fargo of old is no more. They should just break the company up and sell the scrap to other institutions.
