Greene will introduce bill for ‘aggressively phasing out’ H-1B visas

Fundamentally Fiserv is a good company and strongly believe that it will bounce back under the leadership of our courageous, professional leader, peoples' person and The Beloved Mike Lyons.

Along the way.. MTG steps up to standby 'America First'.. Hatsoff..

She called the H-1B program “riddled with fraud and abuse” and said it had been “displacing Americans for decades.”

Trump has largely agreed with this assessment but has recently sought to reform the visa process rather than eliminate it.

@dr This is useless. The country where most H1Bs are from has a fraud industry collaborating with the actually schools who sell real diploma. How are you suppose to defeat that?

Qualification fraud is the use of false or counterfeit academic or professional credentials to gain an advantage in employment, education, or immigration. This can include creating or buying fake certificates, lying about achievements on a Resume, or using "fast-track" courses that skip necessary content. This type of fraud can result in serious consequences, including legal prosecution for the individuals involved.

In my strong opinion this would be a great bill to retain the original intent of H1B visa program. Based on insider information, several folks with fake experience and non-existent educational or training qualifications are on payroll now. This comes under Qualifications Fraud. They know who they are if they could read this.

while HR notifies to USCIS, your best option is to wait for a self deportation notification from USCIS with a grace period. This applies even if you have received the Green Card already. Human Resources has the authority to run your resume through Lexis-Nexis to find the actual qualifications fraud.

@bm If so then why not on average executing in a way that can't avoid circular work for weeks to months

@d0 There is AP in middle school. Learning calculus by rote is also not better learning than learning the reasoning and the application more in depth.

@bm as someone who grew up here but exposed to Asia for a little bit ill say this:

for the most part the elementary-High school is def better. They were teaching calculus in 7th/8th grade there while we learn that in high school here and that too if you are considered "smart." There isn't a system that says you are smart so you are gifted or in accelerated program or you are you are in the special education class there it's sink/swim and parents prioritize their kid's education over their own careers and retirement.

But college education here is faaar elite and that's a hill I'll die on. We focus on innovation, research and pushing our kids to work in industries in college as interns without the care for GPA and that's why we lead in technology world wide. There the focus in college is repetition, research is minimal unless you are in a government college and with great network and higher education like phd.

Lastly as someone who tasted both countries I'll say this both have their advantages/disadvantages. I don't like the H1B program and I 100% agree with adding limitations to it. But people come here from all across the world because we provide accessibility and safety and accountability in our systems that are not there in those countries. Things as simple as giving the way to an ambulance or an emergency service is not there in those countries but somehow you giving right of the way to a local politician traveling is.

I have heard many Indian co-workers tell me the India educational system is so much better than America's, but I never got an explanation on why they chose to bring/have their children here.

Marjorie Taylor Greene is the real deal. Truly America first. There are tons of graduates here that don’t have jobs. And we have the best schools. Eventually these H1bs are given citizenship, and they keep their jobs. The original intention of the H1bs was to fill talent that was NOT here for very specialized jobs. This turned into a scam to use cheap labor and benefit the corporations. Wake up America.

President himself has said that America does not have the talent. MTG doesn’t make the rules. Trump does! He will absolutely crush her bill just to put her in place. Big business will lobby against the bill
