Info for my Amercian friends. In Poland there will be an application for desk reservation. We dont have enought desks for all the employes and with 4 days in office coming it looks like this is their solution. Just saying that it may be used in your localizations

we have enough desks for the whole group plus an extra in case we have someone in from one of our other locations.
Another tool to control how long you spend in office.
Why spend money on floor space, desks, chairs, monitors, coffee cups, etc when their models show headcount self reducing as RTO becomes more burdensome in more locations. They are using every cheap tactic available to play at making space but it is a lie. They plan for reduced headcount and c-suite compensation packages depend on it so it is happening.
Pretty sure some locations in thebstares also have to reserve desks for same reason. Sr mgmt could care less. It goves them a reason to reduce headcount when you dont go in.
@bm they have enough desks for 3 days but not for 4. Poland had the 4 days RTO posponed for 1 month because they were still instaling the New desks. After a month its still not enough thats why the app
I don’t understand. Wouldn’t everyone have needed a desk for 3 days in office? Wouldn't that have created one day of overlap where desks were needed for everyone. My group everyone wound up being in together at least 1 day a week. Even at my office they shuffled everyone around for this. I don’t get it. What am I missing?
