You couldn't pay me to attend one of those smoke and mirror circus side shows. I never attend any of that nonsense. Nothing but lies, misinformation, and deceit. A total waste of time.
Today’s meeting was damage control from the Senate Hearing last week they do not want any more employee whistleblowers, they want employees to sing Allsnakes praises to customers so they keep their wallets open, and they want employees to stick around as the employment market is on the cusp of loosening up. In my 10 years here I have never attended an all employee meeting where the quality of the employee experience was a focus. Allsnake thinks employees will have short memories with the offering of a few false narratives instead of the horrific treatment they dished out to the “grunts” over the years. EVERYTHING here is done by design, actions speak louder than words Tom.
How much did we pay the chatty Cathy to stand up there and laugh at her own jokes? What about the life coaches who came on after?
So glad they pay so many people to give us such riveting tips as, “taking breaks to look away from your screen is healthy!”.

I love that they preach "transparency" and then talk nothing about the business struggles, tech set backs, and the negative attention regarding disaster relief.
Tom tried to pass the buck telling everyone to go watch the earnings call instead of "wasting their time" - I think no time wouldve been wasted if we addressed all the work that needs to be done, and the fact that they still want a RIF.
