@63xij+1mf4chFa, words like transparency, integrity, honesty, morals do not exist in the Wells Fargo dictionary. They do, however, have words like deception, fraud, abuse, lies, theft.
C’mon, where’s the transparency about this RTO reporting? They are looking at it every day to monitor us like children and not sharing the report? Talk about a morale ki-ler. I’d like to monitor my own RTO performance to validate I understand how I’m being judged.

you are expected to be in the office a MINIMUM of three days a week on average. Not 2.5. Not 2.99. So if you can only go in two days one week, you have to go in four another week.
The more people pretend they don't get it or they haven't been told - the worse it's going to get.
This magic RTO report is why so many people are cynical. I have a great idea- how about if mgmt actually told people what they wanted with clear guidelines? Wouldn’t that be revolutionary? Instead we get this kind a sort a but not sure, so do this just to be safe bs.
The amount of time, money, and effort that the company is pouring into this stupidity has got to the point that it's laughable. If Hudson Yards invested half as much in actually fixing issues and running a bank we'd probably be the #1 bank in the country. When RTO first started I was very concerned about its negative impact on the company. Now I fully don't give a sh-t. Apparently the only way Hudson Yards will learn is if this S hole fails and they get the boot. It's about ego at this point. They don't give an S about this company. They got here yesterday and will be gone tomorrow to "run" another company into the ground. So sc--w it. I'll get back to work when they are gone.

If you are a nonexempt and can take your PTO in hourly increments, and take one hour, it will show as a PTO day on the report. That said, managers are monitoring time cards and attendance reporting for things like this - and if someone has a pattern of taking lots of 1 or 2 hour PTOs and not going into the office on those days, they are considered gaming attempts and are subject to disciplinary discussions and documentation.
If you are exempt and take your PTO in half day increments, a half day will show as a PTO day on the report. Similar to the above, though, managers are monitoring for anything that seems like gaming using fractional PTO.
The consequences of noncompliance are escalating. I'm a manager who has already had to "document conversations" about the above, telling the employee that if they continue, it will become a formal performance warning. You'll see some stuff coming down from the enterprise in the next couple of weeks that makes it very clear that this stuff is being watched down to the individual at the enterprise level. Managers who aren't paying attention will see their own performance impacted.
The report shows both of you badged in AND if you connected your corporate laptop to the Wi-Fi network

If I take a two half days of PTO (half day on Monday, half day in Tuesday), does the report show two days of PTO? Or does it add these two together and show 1 day of PTO?
Different LoBs have different reporting set up. Just ask your boss what your LoB’s looks like, they probably get sent reports.

It looks like an excel file with a bunch of numbers and data. Seriously, wtf?
It's literally an Excel spreadsheet that shows how many days you badged in, how many PTO days you had, etc as a way of constructing the formula to see if you've been adhering or not.
