If a zombie apocalypse hits this corporate husk, SH and KS will be the safest people in the building. Brains are clearly not on the menu. May their eventual severance packages be as breathtakingly empty as their daily calendars.
To be fair, Hari's LinkedIn shows he worked at Cisco for the last 21 years. He spent a couple years at Cognizant and Wipro before that, but I don't think that makes him an "outsourcing contract agent".

This exact fact is why I may have to be committed soon. I know how efficient we used to be before Optum Tech took over our AE.. Now it matters to no one..
WORST TEAM EVER! they have ruined the entire contact center. They take months to change one small thing. Recently we wanted to change something in the bot they own, literally a 5 minutes easy change and here we are 3 months later and they are still grooming their user story.. this team is the biggest BS there is. Fire them all and hire new qualified people for the job.
