Lowest we've been since 2013, and we're still falling. Stephanie needs to go! Stop blaming other factors like AI or the economy. The board need to take some steps and they need to do it now. Work on an exit plan, get her out ASAP!

If you took that 44% out of the compensation of C suite executives, you would hear the screams around the world. Do it year over year back to their promotion date. That is what real accountability looks like. It would straighten up corporate leadership. Insulating them against responsibility for company performance only makes the ship sink faster. When is the next shareholder meeting?
